Megan Rapinoe

Megan Rapinoe is the foremost player of the National Women’s Soccer League as winger for Seattle’s OL Reign and captain of the gold-winning U.S. women’s soccer team at the 2021 Olympics. Rapinoe has twice led the OL Reign to win the FIFA World Cup, while also winning honors for her crafty work on and off the playing field, including the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Besides speaking out on behalf of LGBTQIA+ rights, she has been a vocal advocate for equal pay for female athletes with her fiancée, former professional basketball player, Sue Bird.
