LEONARDO DA VINCI (1452-1519)

From the Mona Lisa to The Last Supper to the anatomical drawings of his
diary and amazing inventions like the helicopter, parachutes, scissors and
the armored tank, Da Vinci will never be forgotten.
Da Vinci’s writings and actions are evidence of his homosexuality. Some
historians believe that he was accused so many times of homosexual
activity that he became celibate, while others note romantic relationships
throughout his life.

“I have been impressed with the urgency of doing. Knowing is not enough;
we must apply. Being willing is not enough; we must do.” Leonardo Da
Vinci
